"It was awesome! I only did the Friday Silk Reeling exercises but I feel like I learned a ton! I am starting to internalize the ‘everything moves at once’ and it feels so cool! It was an awesome revelation. There are a ton of moving parts though, and you have to be aware of all of them. I truly loved it."
